Since the mid-00’s, my crews and I have been serving up delicious açaí bowls at festivals up and down the West Coast. There have been a few iterations of branding. We started off bringing açaí to the festival world with a friendship and in cooperation with Sambazon, which continues to flourish today. In the early-10’s, I founded Asana Foods.
